Qualifying agents can obtain a national NMLS license at no cost and operate in a dual capacity as both a real estate professional and a licensed mortgage loan originator. There is no cost for the NMLS licensing program, loan systems, or loan support.
And you don't have to become a mortgage expert. We do the work. When you have a client who needs financing, simply share your loan link and stay in communication with our loan coordinator, just as you would with any other lender. Our team handles the loan process while you stay connected to your client.

The CasaVia Realty Legacy Plan is designed for agents who have a consistent track record of closing transactions and want a brokerage
relationship that rewards production instead of taking a large portion of every commission.
If you have closed at least 6 transactions in the past 12 months, you qualify for our Legacy Plan and can take advantage of a simple,
straightforward compensation structure designed to put more of your commission back in your pocket.
100% Commission After You Reach the Cap
90/10 commission split, with 90% of the gross commission going to you and 10% going to CasaVia Realty.
But there is a $7,000 annual brokerage cap.
Once CasaVia Realty has received $5,000 in your share of residential commissions during the calendar year, you keep 100% of your
subsequent residential commissions for the rest of that year, subject only to the applicable transaction and systems fees.
Commercial transactions are structured at an 80/20 split with no annual cap.
Your primary required fees are:
$595 compliance/pre-file fee per closed transaction
$55 monthly Systems Fee
$95 one-time onboarding fee
Your own Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance
The Systems Fee provides access to the electronic transaction management and CRM systems required to remain associated with CasaVia Realty.

Recruit 3 Agents → Each Closes 3 Deals → Final Deal Funds → You’re Capped for Life
When you recruit three agents and each closes three transactions, you earn Legacy for Life status. Once the third recruit’s third transaction funds, your 10% brokerage split is permanently eliminated.
What Capped for Life Means
You receive 100% of your residential commission on future transactions, subject only to applicable transaction, systems, E&O, and other required fees.
No resetting every year.
No recruiting again.
No new production requirement.
